Danielle Roberts LLC
Hello there! I am so glad you have found me along your journey.
I believe one of the kindest things you can do for yourself is keep growing, even when it’s uncomfortable. It’s truly a privilege to be invited into that process and to share space with you.
At the core of my work is a simple belief, which is that people need to be heard, not fixed. My style is deeply inspired by Carl Rogers and Client Centered Therapy, which means I focus on creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted, exactly as you are. From there, we can begin to explore what matters most to you. I’m not here to solve you, I’m here to understand you and help you to better understand yourself. To sit with you in the real stuff, not rush past it. I aim to help my clients connect with their own authenticity over curated positivity. Life isn’t always neat, polished or optimistic and you don’t have to pretend it is here. This is a space for realness and showing up exactly as you are, without pressure to have it all tied together.
My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. This is a place where you can be real, challenge yourself, and even laugh a little along the way (and I won’t lie, a cuss word or two might make an appearance!)
I tailor my approach to each person, meeting you where you are and drawing from other modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Attachment Theory. Together, we’ll collaborate to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and build skills that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
My training includes: CBIT (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) by the Tourette Association of America, Habit Reversal Training by The Learning Foundation, and EMDR (Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization) for the treatment of trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Couples Communication and SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) premarital counseling.
I can’t wait to meet you.
